Bidaya Consultants is hiring Immigration Consultants for its growing team in Dubai.
The role focuses on client communication, immigration and overseas employment consultancy, and sales-oriented consultation support.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates with six months to one year of sales, telesales, customer service, immigration consultancy, or similar experience are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Malayalam or Hindi along with English is preferred in the main role description; the source language field marks Malayalam or Hindi as required.
- Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers, working toward sales targets, maintaining client records, and working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain available visa and overseas employment services.
- Follow up on inquiries and assist clients through the consultation process.
- Work toward sales targets and maintain client records.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–5,000 per month plus performance incentives.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
