Bidaya Consultants is hiring customer-focused Immigration Consultants in Dubai.
The role combines client consultation, immigration and visa services, customer interaction, and sales activity.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients interested in overseas job opportunities and visa services.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable options.
- Guide clients through consultation and application processes.
- Communicate through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in consultations.
- Maintain professional customer relationships in a target-oriented environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Malayalam and English communication skills are required.
- Hindi or Punjabi is an added advantage.
- Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, immigration consultancy, or a similar field is preferred.
- UAE work experience is advantageous, while freshers willing to learn are welcome.
- Candidates should be confident with customers, interpersonal communication, email, Excel, and CRM systems.
Compensation and Support
- The salary is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month, with performance-based incentives.
- Training and ongoing support will be provided, with opportunities for professional growth.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
