Role Overview
Bidaya Consultants is hiring Malayalam-speaking Immigration Consultants in Dubai.
Freshers are welcome, and no previous immigration experience is required.
Training and guidance will be provided to help candidates understand the role and services.
Role Duties
- Speak with clients interested in overseas jobs and visa services.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company’s services.
- Answer client questions and follow up with interested clients.
- Work in a sales and customer-service role toward performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Malayalam and English communication skills are required.
- Confidence and comfort speaking with customers.
- Interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use basic applications such as WhatsApp, email, and Excel.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous, not required.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000–AED 5,000 per month plus performance incentives.
Workplace
- The job is full-time and in person in Dubai, UAE.
