The role is suited to freshers seeking a first career in sales, customer service, and immigration consultancy; previous immigration experience is not required.
What you will do
- Speak with clients interested in overseas jobs and visa services.
- Understand client requirements and provide initial information.
- Explain the company’s services clearly and follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain communication through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Work toward individual and team performance targets.
Who can apply
- Fluent Malayalam and ability to communicate in English.
- Confidence speaking with customers and interest in sales and customer service.
- Ability to use WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work toward targets and learn professionally.
- Previous sales, telecalling, or customer-service experience is advantageous but not required; freshers are welcome.
Compensation
- The job details list AED 4,000–5,000 per month plus performance incentives.
- A separate pay line states a starting amount of AED 3,500 per month.
Work arrangement
- Full-time, in-person position in Dubai, UAE.
