Role: IMAC/ Deployment Engineer

Location: London

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary Package: £ 28,000 -£ 30,000 plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year

Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday

Role purpose:

Working across at various SCC Customer sites.

Key responsibilities:

Experience in the Installation & configuration of desktops and laptops including user data migration, network printing, network drives.

Assisting with the initial build and configuration of new or existing laptops and desktops using Intune.

Floor walking activities to support Deployment activities.

Provide the customer with high levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so .

Skills and experience:

Excellent communication skills.

Candidates must have the ability to work on their own and within a team.

Willingness to be able to stop away when required.

Clean Driving License is essential.

Ideally 2-3 years’ employment experience within an IT role.
