Role: IMAC/Deployment Engineer.
The role works across SCC customer sites.
Contract type: Permanent.
Working hours: 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary package: £28,000–£30,000, plus company benefits, flexible benefits, and two paid volunteering days per year.

About the Role
Role: IMAC/Deployment Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure desktops and laptops, including user data migration, network printing, and network drives.
- Assist with the initial build and configuration of new or existing laptops and desktops using Intune.
- Provide floor-walking support during deployment activities.
- Provide customers with high levels of customer service.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to stay away from home when required.
- Clean driving licence is essential.
- Two to three years of IT employment experience is ideal.
