ICT / ELV BIM Engineer

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models for ICT and ELV systems according to project requirements.
- Prepare technical layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, and coordinated design drawings.
- Model structured cabling and ICT containment; CCTV and access control; fire alarm and voice evacuation; intercom; VESDA; audio-visual and public address; BMS; and EPMS systems.
- Develop detailed containment layouts for cable trays, ladders, and conduits.
- Coordinate ICT/ELV models with electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, and fire and life safety disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and support coordination and resolution using Revit and Navisworks.
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for design and construction; revise models and drawings based on engineering feedback.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with BIM standards and project specifications; assist with tender, construction, and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in ICT/ELV BIM modelling and design production.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Good understanding of ICT/ELV systems, containment layouts, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
- Experience in data centre projects is highly preferred.
