Role Description

Provide L2 operational support for IAM and PAM environments.

The role supports privileged access, secure remote access, access governance, incident management, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot privileged access platforms and access management services.
  • Manage privileged access to enterprise servers, applications, and infrastructure systems.
  • Perform privileged account onboarding, modification, and deprovisioning.
  • Support Secure Remote Access solutions and troubleshoot access and connectivity issues.
  • Configure access controls according to RBAC requirements and approved access models.
  • Investigate authentication, authorization, and privileged access incidents.
  • Monitor access activity and support governance, compliance, and access reviews.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, network, cloud, and application teams.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and changes under ITSM processes.
  • Participate in critical incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, operational documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Coordinate escalations with advanced support teams and vendors and identify automation opportunities.

Required Skills

  • IAM and PAM proficiency are required.
  • Intermediate Secure Remote Access capability is required.
  • Intermediate RBAC capability is required.

  • Ability to support security audits and comply with access control policies.
