Prime Solutions & Services is hiring a skilled HVAC Technician for its maintenance and facilities team.
The role covers HVAC systems and refrigeration in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair split, ducted, chiller, and package HVAC systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults; perform scheduled preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Respond to emergency service calls and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Record repairs and replacements and collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
Required qualifications
- Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven HVAC Technician experience.
- Familiarity with HVAC tools, systems, and refrigerants and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of related electrical and plumbing systems; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, and physical ability to work in varied environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Facility management, construction, or fit-out project experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of BMS integration is a plus.
Pay and employment
- Job type is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is listed as QAR 1,700–2,000 per month.
