Role overview

Model development and coordination

• Develop and maintain HVAC models for chilled water, condenser water, AHUs, FCUs, air ductwork, smoke extract, pressurization, VRF, split AC, and district cooling systems.
• Model plantrooms and roof-level equipment layouts; comply with project BEPs, modelling standards, and LOIN requirements.
• Support clash detection and coordination reviews, implement design and coordination updates, and maintain model health through audits.
• Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, structural, BIM, and other MEP teams; manage assigned model packages and escalate issues.
• Deliver models and documentation on schedule and to quality standards.

Documentation and project delivery

• Produce general arrangement drawings, shop drawings, sections, details, equipment schedules, and duct and pipe annotation drawings.
• Support knowledge sharing and junior team development; contribute to collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Work safely, follow HSE and project safety procedures, and promptly report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns.

Technical skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services coordination.
• Experience with family creation and editing; knowledge of shared parameters, worksets, templates, and BIM standards.
• Good understanding of clash detection and coordination processes; attention to detail, quality control, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to mentor junior BIM professionals and manage multiple project deliverables.

Standards and quality

• Maintain technical accuracy and alignment with project requirements; verify the completeness and accuracy of drawings, schedules, and model outputs.
• Support ISO 19650 information management principles and Common Data Environment workflows.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, BIM standards, and emerging technologies.
