Overview
PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist (Remote) to join our remote team.
This role is essential in supporting HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations, and organizational processes while helping maintain a positive and productive remote work environment.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage and support daily human resources operations and administrative tasks remotely
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support scheduling and coordination of interviews, meetings, and HR activities
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and applicant communication
- Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment tracking processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to support staffing and recruitment needs
- Help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout HR processes
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and HR matters
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
- Support updates to HR documentation, handbooks, and internal procedures
Systems & Process Improvement
- Use HR systems, communication tools, and administrative platforms effectively
- Track HR activities, employee records, and recruitment metrics accurately
- Assist in improving HR workflows and operational efficiency
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and organizational support activities
About the Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional, dependable, and people-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or recruitment platforms is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in human resources, business, or a related field is a plus
