Overview
A leading Real Estate organization in Doha, Qatar is currently looking to hire experienced professionals across multiple HR & Administration functions.
Current Opportunities
- **HR Manager**
- – Lead and oversee all HR functions including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and organizational development.
- **Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning Specialist**
- – Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, manpower planning, employer branding, and onboarding initiatives.
- **HR Performance, Learning & Development Specialist**
- – Lead performance management cycles, training needs analysis, employee development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
- **HR Compensation, Payroll & Benefits Specialist**
- – Manage payroll operations, compensation structures, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
- **General Services Manager**
- – Oversee administrative operations, office management, vendor coordination, non-core procurement, and government relations support services.
- We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong corporate experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to support a growing and evolving organization.
- Previous experience within the real estate industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Requirements
- Relevant academic and professional qualifications
- Proven experience within the respective field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Arabic language skills are preferred for selected roles
