Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring smooth HR support for a fast-paced, service-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across all company locations
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage performance evaluation systems and staff development plans
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with Finance
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization with Operations
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in service, hospitality, or operations-driven companies
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance
- Experience managing large teams and multi-site operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be currently based in Qatar
