- InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars.
- With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.
- Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Lead talent journeys, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring we attract and welcome exceptional talent aligned with our luxury brand.
- Partner with leaders across the hotel to anticipate talent needs and deliver seamless, timely recruitment that supports operational excellence.
- Deliver a refined candidate experience, through inspiring job postings, effective interview management, and ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Lead structured onboarding experiences that connect new colleagues to our culture, values, and service philosophy from day one.
- Ensure excellence in HR operations, maintaining accurate records through our HR systems and producing insightful reports to support the Director of Human Resources.
- Delivering accurate payroll and benefits administration, reinforcing trust, consistency, and reliability across the colleague experience.
- Act as a trusted HR partner, supporting colleagues with empathy, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Embrace growth and ownership, demonstrating eagerness to take on additional responsibilities across all HR functions and contributing proactively to a high-performing, agile HR team
