Role Description

The Human Resources Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in coordination with internal stakeholders.

The specialist will help implement and update HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support HR systems and data accuracy.

Daily tasks include responding to employee inquiries, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with managers on HR-related matters, and assisting with employee relations activities.

The role also contributes to improving HR workflows, generating HR reports, and supporting HR projects that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) skills, with experience managing HR processes and systems.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Policies, including implementation and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including handling inquiries, supporting engagement initiatives, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR management tools, and strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments is beneficial, along with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
