Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Customer Services Specialist.
The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, handling support requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include effective communication through phone and other channels, developing a keen understanding of customer needs, and providing solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and addressing Customer Experience needs
- Strong Customer Satisfaction expertise and focus on delivering high-quality service
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective communication
- Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a relevant field
