Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Riyadh. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and professional development initiatives. The role includes maintaining compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, fostering an inclusive workplace, and supporting organizational growth and employee retention strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business objectives is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and fostering employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in developing HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and implementing legal standards.
  • Capability to lead professional development programs, training initiatives, and career growth planning.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Experience with HR software and systems for managing workforce data and HR analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in HR management, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry, is highly desirable.
