About This Role
Key Responsibilities
1.
Execute recruitment and talent acquisition processes in coordination with organizational units, including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
2.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on approved job requirements.
3.
Prepare draft job offers and employment contracts in coordination with relevant stakeholders and in line with approved policies.
4.
Implement onboarding programs for new employees and ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
5.
Follow up on performance management activities and ensure completion of forms within set timelines.
6.
Execute training and development activities by coordinating training programs and tracking employee participation.
7.
Draft HR circulars and decisions based on directives and approved policies.
8.
Implement awareness initiatives regarding HR policies and communicate them to employees.
9.
Support employee engagement and happiness initiatives and participate in related activities.
10.
Prepare periodic reports related to HR activities and submit them to the direct manager.
11.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from an accredited university
- **Experience:**
- 3–5 years in HR operations and activities
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of local and federal HR laws, systems, and regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Learning and development orientation
- Proficiency in HR systems
- Workforce planning and recruitment
- Reporting and data analysis skills
- Teamwork and time management
