Company Description

Zeoof Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our growing team in Riyadh.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience managing both recruitment and HR operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting workforce growth, managing employee lifecycle processes, coordinating with government platforms, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities across multiple business units.

We are looking for someone with exceptional follow-up skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and excellent communication with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate local and overseas recruitment activities with agencies and candidates.
  • Follow up on visa processing, mobilization, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
  • Handle daily HR operations and employee relations matters.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
  • Process leaves, transfers, contract renewals, and employee requests.
  • Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower planning and hiring requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain workforce data.
  • Support payroll-related activities and employee benefits administration.
  • Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of HR processes and tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms, including:
  • Qiwa
  • Muqeem
  • GOSI
  • Mudad
  • Absher Business
  • Ministry of Human Resources platforms
  • Sound knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling expatriate employees, sponsorship transfers, visa processes, and onboarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, contracting, manufacturing, hospitality, or multi-site operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process excellence
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple business sectors and support diverse operational requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong adaptability and experience managing HR functions for multi-entity or multi-business organizations.
