Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Site Accountant, located in Riyadh. The Project Site Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing budgets, processing invoices, and monitoring project costs. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting project managers with financial analysis and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor daily site expenses and petty cash transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to the head office.
• Verify supplier invoices, delivery receipts, and purchase orders.
• Track material costs, labor expenses, and subcontractor payments.
• Assist in budget monitoring and cost control at the site level.
• Maintain organized financial records for audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with the finance department on reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a construction or field-based environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost control methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities on-site.
