About This Role

Human Resources Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and execute daily human resources operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes across the organization.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer issuance.
  • Manage onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation and induction processes are completed efficiently.

Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal files, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing in line with company policies and audit requirements.

Employee Support & Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Compile and verify attendance, leave, and other payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to support timely and accurate salary processing.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures as required.

Administrative Duties

  • Support general office administration, including coordination with vendors and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in an HR Officer or similar role
  • **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HR systems

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
