We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources function in Riyadh.
This role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and supporting business objectives through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end HR function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and handle disciplinary matters
- Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity
- Support learning & development initiatives and succession planning
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting
- Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience within financial services, banking, or a regulated industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR operations
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred
