Human Resources Manager
About This Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Saudi Arabia operations by delivering high quality HR services, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational performance. You will implement global and regional HR programs, support workforce planning needs for project based operations, and help build a strong, future ready HR function within the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & HR Advisory
Provide day to day HR guidance to managers and employees across Saudi Arabia, supporting business objectives through effective organization design, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and career development.Advise leaders on HR matters in alignment with Saudi Labour Law, company policies, and cultural expectations.Support change management initiatives and help drive an engaging, inclusive, and high performing work environment.
HR Program Delivery
Execute global and regional HR programs within the Kingdom, including annual performance reviews, salary review cycles, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR practices while adapting them appropriately to Saudi regulations and cultural norms.
Project & Workforce Mobilization Support
Support regional project teams with workforce planning, including recruiting talent for project roles, mobilizing staff to project sites, and managing demobilization and transitions at project completion.Partner with operations teams to ensure timely staffing, compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
