What This Role Is About
Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager, based in Jeddah, to lead and manage the overall HR function while supporting business objectives.
This role will focus on driving HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
You will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals and ensure a strong employee experience.
You will also play a key role in talent management, workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and HR best practices.

- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
- Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategy and organisational effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
In line with the Saudisation initiatives by the Saudi government, only Saudi nationals can work in HR roles in Saudi Arabia.
