Human Resources Manager

About This Role

Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and compliance with Saudi labor laws. The role ensures effective workforce management and supports the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company regulations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluations and appraisals.
• Manage training and development programs.
• Support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and government compliance.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain workforce data.
• Support management in organizational planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
• Experience handling government portals and HR systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
