Role Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and management in matters related to HR practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, produce reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable
- Several years of demonstrated experience in a managerial HR role
- Proficiency with HR software and tools is an asset
