About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join Majed Al-Qurashi Est.
The position is based in Makkah – Head Office.
The role will lead the HR function and act as a strategic partner to management, ensuring effective workforce management, employee engagement, compliance, and support for operational needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Lead recruitment and workforce planning for operational needs
* Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
* Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal policies
* Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
* Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
* Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs
* Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce analytics
* Support management in organizational structure and HR decision-making
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 10–15 years of HR experience, including managerial roles
* Must be Saudi National
* Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
* Strong leadership,communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
* Fluency in English is required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
* Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI are preferred
