About The Job
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join Majed Al-Qurashi Est.
The position is based in Makkah – Head Office.
The role will lead the HR function and act as a strategic partner to management, ensuring effective workforce management, employee engagement, compliance, and support for operational needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning for operational needs
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal policies
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce analytics
- Support management in organizational structure and HR decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10–15 years of HR experience, including managerial roles
- Must be Saudi National
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership,communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI are preferred
