The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resources functions across multiple sister companies within the group.
This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, standardization of policies, legal compliance, and effective workforce management across diverse operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies across all sister companies
- Align HR practices with overall business goals and growth plans
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management
- Standardize HR policies and procedures across all entities
- Develop workforce plans based on business needs and seasonality
- Manage recruitment channels, agencies, and internal hiring processes
- Ensure timely onboarding and proper manpower allocation
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Design and manage performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals)
- Support managers in evaluating and developing team members
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Manage salary structures across companies
- Ensure payroll accuracy and consistency
- Oversee incentives, commissions, and bonus structures
- Control HR costs and optimize manpower budgets
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
- Handle contracts, terminations, warnings, and legal documentation
- Coordinate with PROs for visas, labor contracts, and government requirements
- Develop and implement HR SOPs across all entities
- Standardize onboarding, exit processes, and documentation
- Maintain proper HR records and employee files
- Identify training needs across departments
- Develop training programs (e.g., butlers, safari captains, F&B staff)
- Support leadership development and succession planning
- Manage daily HR operations across all companies
- Maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, costs)
- Provide insights and recommendations to management
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably 5+ in UAE
- Experience managing multi-entity or group structures
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Hospitality, tourism, F&B, or multi-business operations
- Exposure to luxury service standards
