Human Resources Manager
is responsible for managing the organization's human resources functions, developing effective people strategies, and supporting business objectives through talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development.
This role ensures HR policies, recruitment processes, employee relations, and organizational initiatives are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilitieshr Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

Employee Relations
