Ecommerce Manager
is responsible for managing and growing an organization's online sales channels, digital platforms, and ecommerce operations.
This role develops ecommerce strategies, improves customer journeys, manages online performance, and works with marketing, technology, and operations teams to maximize revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilitiesecommerce Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies
- Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and market share
- Analyze customer behavior and purchasing trends

- Support expansion into new digital channels and marketplaces
Online Store Management
- Manage daily ecommerce platform operations
- Ensure website content, product information, and pricing accuracy
- Optimize online store performance and customer experience
- Coordinate website updates and feature improvements
- Monitor website functionality and user experience
Product & Merchandising Management
- Manage online product catalogs and categories
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and digital content

- Track ecommerce KPIs including:
