Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting both employees and leadership.
Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
The role involves handling employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures, as well as coordinating training and development initiatives.
The Human Resources Manager will also manage HR documentation and systems, support payroll and benefits administration, and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices.
This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work culture and drive organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws in the United Arab Emirates, with experience ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Proven skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs, as well as supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems, maintaining accurate employee records, and working with payroll and benefits processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, ideally within a multicultural, service-oriented organization.
