A leading real estate brokerage in Dubai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This is a key leadership role for an established organization, focused on ensuring smooth HR operations, strengthening people strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture across the business.
The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to drive structure, efficiency, and employee engagement while supporting the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end HR operations across multiple business units
- Align HR strategy with aggressive business growth and expansion plans
- Drive performance management frameworks that enforce accountability
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex issues
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal governance standards
- Strengthen HR systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of HR experience, with strong leadership exposure
- Proven track record in high-growth, performance-driven industries (real estate preferred)
- Strong business acumen — understands revenue, targets, and operational pressure
- Hands-on leader who can execute, not just strategize
- Confident stakeholder manager, capable of influencing senior leadership
