Position: HR Manager (
F&B / retail cafe)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for café operations, support functions, and management roles.
- Partner with Operations to build engaged, customer-focused teams.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Oversee onboarding, training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Coordinate employee documentation, visas, QID renewals, and HR administration.
- Monitor HR metrics including recruitment, turnover, retention, and labor costs.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and premium guest service.
- Mandatory experience: The ideal candidate must have solid F&B / retail cafe experience.
- This is a premium cafe chain operating from High-end locations across Qatar.
