This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
Responsibilities
include managing hiring processes, ensuring HR policies align with organizational goals, and supporting employee development initiatives.
The role also involves handling performance management, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Deep understanding of HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Regulatory Compliance
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Data Management
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified HR professional credentials (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) are a plus
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is an advantage
