Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Asset Integrity Manager role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
The Asset Integrity Manager will oversee the integrity, reliability, and safety of critical assets, ensuring compliance with internal standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing asset integrity management plans, coordinating inspections and condition monitoring activities, and reviewing inspection and maintenance reports to identify risks or deviations.
The role involves collaborating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to prioritize corrective actions, optimize asset performance, and extend asset life cycles.
The Asset Integrity Manager will also prepare technical documentation, integrity assessments, and periodic reports for management, while participating in audits, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in asset integrity management, including inspection planning, condition monitoring, and risk-based assessment.
- Solid knowledge of engineering principles in relevant disciplines (e.g., mechanical, structural, process) and familiarity with industry codes and standards.
- Proven ability to analyze technical data, interpret inspection results, and develop practical mitigation or remediation plans.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Experience in safety and compliance, including understanding of regulatory requirements, HSE practices, and reliability-centered maintenance concepts.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools for asset management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced certifications in asset integrity, inspection, or reliability are an advantage.
- Previous experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, utilities, or heavy industry environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time, hybrid setting and maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability.
