This is a part-time hybrid role for a Head of Project Management, based in Dubai with the flexibility to work remotely.
The role involves overseeing project planning and execution, managing project budgets, and ensuring delivery within deadlines.
Responsibilities
include leading cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and consistently maintaining effective communication across all project stakeholders.
The Head of Project Management will also drive strategic program alignment and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Budgeting skills, with experience in handling complex multi-faceted projects.
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management and developing collaborative team dynamics to achieve project goals.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and convey project requirements and results.
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate project performance, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
- Experience in the recruitment or human resources industry is an added advantage.
