Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility.
The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day clinical activities, ensuring that workflows, staffing, and resource utilization support safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
include coordinating clinical projects, monitoring operational performance, managing timelines, and aligning processes with regulatory and organizational standards.
The role will collaborate with clinical teams, clinical research staff, and leadership to implement best practices, resolve operational issues, and support continuous quality improvement.
The Clinical Operations Manager will also help integrate research activities into clinical operations where applicable, maintain documentation, and support training and communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Clinical Operations experience, with the ability to oversee daily clinical workflows and optimize processes.
- Experience in Clinical Research and working with Clinical Research Associates, including coordination between care and study activities.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, prioritizing, and tracking clinical and research initiatives.
- Applied Research skills, including data collection oversight, basic analysis, and translating findings into operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety principles in clinical settings.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement in Abu Dhabi.
