HR strategy and administration
- Lead HR strategy and support company growth and new branch openings.
- Update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Lead manpower planning, organizational structure, and headcount budgeting.
- Maintain salary grades, job descriptions, HR KPIs, and reporting to the General Manager.
- Oversee payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee records, leave balances, and HRMS data.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and Emiratisation; coordinate employment documentation with the PRO team.
Recruitment and development
- Lead end-to-end hiring for café, kitchen, operations, and support roles, including new openings.
- Build talent pipelines and oversee orientation, onboarding, and probation evaluations.
- Design training across branches, including customer service and food safety training.
- Lead performance evaluations, development plans, promotion readiness, succession planning, and improvement plans.
Employee relations
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Work with Operations and branch managers on performance and manpower needs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and professional standards across locations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of UAE HR experience, including 3 years in an HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Proven record building training and talent development programs.
- F&B, hospitality, restaurant, café, or multi-branch experience is highly preferred.
Additional skills
- Knowledge of ADAFSA or Dubai Municipality food safety training requirements is advantageous.
- HRMS or attendance-system experience is required; Connect HR is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Leadership, communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is preferred.
Pay
- AED 7,500–8,000 per month.
