Human Resources Manage
About This Role
Job Summary:
BXL Basaxr Global Solutions is hiring a Human Resources Manager to oversee and support core HR functions across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while contributing to a positive and productive workplace in a growing international company.
What you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Maintain HR records and support reporting requirements
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in human resources or a related field
- Experience supporting teams or handling HR responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
