1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding activities (documentation, orientation sessions)
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
2. Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle documentation such as contracts, letters, and employee files
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
3. Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Assist in organizing training sessions and internal activities
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries
4.Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
- Assist in audits and compliance documentation
- Help communicate HR policies and updates to employees
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR software (e.g., HRMS tools)
- Understanding of recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukrigulf)
