Human Resources Internship
About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Support the recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Assist in preparing HR documents (contracts, letters, etc.)
Support daily HR administrative tasks
Participate in HR projects and initiatives
