About This Role
Job Purpose
To support the Group People and Culture function by contributing to key HR initiatives and operational activities across various HR disciplines, while gaining practical exposure to HR processes, systems, and business practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience and Competencies
- 4-6 months of HR internship or professional experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for HR reporting and presentations.
- Eagerness to learn different HR functions and best practices.
- Adaptability and willingness to rotate across different HR functions.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
Talent Acquisition
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in screening applications and maintaining candidate records.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement activities.
Learning & Development
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
- Support training logistics, attendance tracking, and record management.
- Help prepare training materials and presentations.
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support updates in HR systems and employee files.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
- Assist in wellness, recognition, and culture initiatives.
- Support employee feedback and engagement surveys.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee data.
- Support HR metrics, reporting, and record updates.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration tasks.
Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Support performance review activities and talent development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports and related documentation.
- Support organizational development projects.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in HR projects and improvement initiatives.
- Support research, presentations, and reporting activities.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives across the business.
