Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Associate with 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management, preferably handling a workforce of 1,000+ employees.

The candidate should have strong experience in onboarding, employee records management, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmation, transfers, exits).
  • Maintain employee records and HRMS data accuracy.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Generate HR reports, headcount data, and employee-related MIS.
  • Support recruitment coordination and onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of HR Operations/Generalist experience.
  • Experience managing HR processes for 1,000+ employees.
  • Good knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination, and labor law compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
