Job Description – Luxury Sales Executive (Menswear) |

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Luxury Sales Executive with experience in premium menswear retail.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales capabilities, excellent grooming standards, and the ability to deliver a high-end customer experience to local and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling assistance to clients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers.
  • Understand customer preferences and provide suitable luxury menswear recommendations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation reflects luxury brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer queries, fittings, alterations coordination, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Stay updated on latest fashion trends, fabrics, and luxury retail market developments.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations as required.
  • Maintain CRM records and develop long-term customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of Local experience in luxury menswear retail is mandatory.
  • English communication should be good.
  • Experience handling high-net-worth or premium clientele preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship management skills.
  • Well-groomed, polished, and customer-centric personality.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion brands, fabrics, tailoring, and styling is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Background from luxury fashion boutiques, premium menswear brands, or designer retail stores.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
  • Target-driven with strong commercial awareness.
