Job Summar

yThe Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of solar energy solutions, including rooftop solar systems, ground-mounted solar installations, and energy efficiency solutions.

The role involves business development, client relationship management, sales team leadership, and achieving revenue targets aligned with company objectives

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business target
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sector
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market researc
  • Conduct client meetings and site assessments to understand solar energy requirement
  • Prepare and present customized solar proposals, technical solutions, and financial model

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developer
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value sales opportunitie
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationship

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, government regulations, and competitor activities
  • Identify emerging opportunities within the renewable energy and solar sector
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to management

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the solar sales tea
  • m.Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectation
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development suppor
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend incentive program

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project executio
  • Ensure accurate documentation, contract compliance, and successful project handove
  • Support collections and payment follow-ups when required

& Experience

  • ceBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fiel
  • d.Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, energy economics, and renewable energy solution
  • GCC market experience is highly preferre
