Overview
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and retail/manufacturing accounting processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash management
- Support month-end closing and journal entries
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis
- Monitor general ledger and overhead expenses
- Manage petty cash and employee expense tracking
- Support inventory audits and stock reconciliations
- Assist with statutory audits and compliance requirements
- Reconcile retail sales and POS transactions
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in FMCG industry preferred
- Strong ERP knowledge, especially Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics & Zeroh
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience with month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail accounting is an advantage
