Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources and possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. The role involves supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and Emiratisation initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
- Support Emiratisation hiring initiatives and maintain coordination for recruitment requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related requirements
- Assist in employee engagement and internal HR activities
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
- Handle HR administrative tasks and prepare reports when required
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee queries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
