Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Riyadh, with opportunities to work both remotely and onsite.
The Human Resources Consultant will provide expert guidance and support in human resources management systems, employee relations, and the development and implementation of HR policies & procedures.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, fostering positive workplace relations, and advising on HR best practices to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), including general HR functions and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in HR Management and the development of HR Policies
- & procedures
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and ability to mediate workplace concerns effectively
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are a plus
- Prior experience in the real estate or development industry is desirable but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
