Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Hotel Operations Lead.
The Hotel Operations Lead will oversee and ensure smooth functioning of hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
include implementing operational processes, maintaining high standards of service, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, monitoring compliance with regulations, and continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong leadership and an ability to uphold operational excellence in alignment with the company's vision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operational planning, team management, and process optimization
- Strong customer service and guest experience management skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with financial management, including budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to dynamic operational requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in a leadership role within hotel or hospitality operations
