Overview
We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner on behalf of our client, a large well-established organisation in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary partner to senior leaders in regards to people-related matters
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives.
- Manage manpower planning (MPP), budgeting, and workforce planning activities.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary matters and complex employee relations cases.
- Drive learning and development initiatives to build organisational capability.
Requirements
- Holding a Bachelors degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of generalist HR experience gained within fast-paced organizations
- Demonstrated experience across organisational development, talent management, change initiatives, and broader people strategy.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Due to Nationalization quotas this position is only open for UAE national.
